T/T: 30% in advance as deposit, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Sample machines delivery during 7-15 days, bulk orders delivery during 15-35 days according to the quantity.

4.What is the warranty?
One year for the whole unit, three years for the compressor.

Delivery, shipping and after-sales:
1.Delivery: For FCL loading, we use carton packing; for LCL loading, we use polywood case 2.Shipping: We usually our machines by sea, but if there's urgent order, we can ship by air or express.
3.Aftersales: We don't have oversea service right now, but we can supply free spare parts to you if there's any problem with the ice machine within one year, and will e-mail you to solve the problem.
